This year's fall festival was a huge success for our little school. Both the school and PTO would like to say thank you to our students, parents, community members and community businesses. With the help of each of you, Eastern Elementary PTO was able to raise more money this year than any other fall festival on record. "It takes a village," is a common quote these days and indeed it took a village to host such an amazing event that produced even more amazing results.
PTO would like to announce that the live auction alone raised just over 10,000 dollars this year. All items for the fall festival were donated by local businesses and business owners, as well as friendly community members. Without those donations, this would not have been possible.
Overall, the fall festival brought in just over 20,000 dollars. This is an incredible amount. This amount includes funds raised by the live auction, silent auction, bracelet/ticket sales, pumpkin contest, food sales, raffle sales, and donations. The money raised will go directly into the classrooms and be used to support other activities and events held at Eastern Elementary.
An event such as the fall festival would not be such an incredible success without the support of our Eastern Elementary Community!
