"Book and Treat" at HCHS Media Center

The Henry County High School Literacy Night "Book and Treat" will be Wednesday, October 29th from 3:30-5:30 in the HCHS Library Media Center. We will have pumpkin painting, book pass, drum circle, food, games, prizes, and more! All students are invited to celebrate literacy! October 27-31 HCHS will also have our first book fair!

Peyton Wins 5th Region Golf Tourney!

Mackenzie Peyton won the 5th Region Golf Tournament with a 2 under par 70 at Midland Trail Golf Club.  After sinking a birdie putt on the 18th hole in regulation, Peyton qualified for a sudden death playoff.  On the first playoff hole, Peyton took home the title with a par.  Peyton looks to build off of last year's performance in the State Golf Tournament where she finished second last season.  Joining Peyton in Bowling Green is three time qualifier Maddie Hensley who shot an 80.  Peyton and Hensley will tee it up on October 7th at Bowling Green Country Club.
